Irresistible Heavenly Treat
If you’re someone who just can’t resist cookies with perfectly crisp, golden edges and a soft, gooey center overflowing with rich, melty chocolate, caramel, Nutella, or any tasty surprise, then you're definitely in for a treat! These are the cookies you’ve been dreaming about!
The Recipe
- 125g Unsalted Butter
- 100g Brown Sugar
- 75g White Granulated Sugar
- 1 Eggs
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 300g Plain Flour
- 1.5 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/2 TSP Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt
- 300g Dark/Milk Chocolate Chunks
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180ºC/200ºC regular with lined baking tray.
- Add your butter and sugars to a bowl and beat until creamy.
- Add in your egg, and beat again. If using vanilla, add it in now!
- Add in the plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and beat until the cookie dough is formed!
- Add in your chocolate chips and beat till they're distributed well!
- Weigh your cookies out into eight cookie dough balls - they're about 120g each!
- Freeze cookie dough overnight before baking or store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
- Place frozen cookie balls on the hot tray(four per tray) and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden on the outside.
- Once baked, leave them to cool on the tray for at least 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
- Cookie dough balls can be stored frozen for up to 3 months.
