Irresistible Heavenly Treat

If you’re someone who just can’t resist cookies with perfectly crisp, golden edges and a soft, gooey center overflowing with rich, melty chocolate, caramel, Nutella, or any tasty surprise, then you're definitely in for a treat! These are the cookies you’ve been dreaming about!

The Recipe

  • 125g Unsalted Butter
  • 100g Brown Sugar
  • 75g White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 300g Plain Flour
  • 1.5 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Baking Soda
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 300g Dark/Milk Chocolate Chunks

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 180ºC/200ºC regular with lined baking tray.
  • Add your butter and sugars to a bowl and beat until creamy.
  • Add in your egg, and beat again. If using vanilla, add it in now!
  • Add in the plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and beat until the cookie dough is formed!
  • Add in your chocolate chips and beat till they're distributed well!
  • Weigh your cookies out into eight cookie dough balls - they're about 120g each!
  • Freeze cookie dough overnight before baking or store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
  • Place frozen cookie balls on the hot tray(four per tray) and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden on the outside.
  • Once baked, leave them to cool on the tray for at least 30 minutes. 
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. 
  • Cookie dough balls can be stored frozen for up to 3 months.
